  There are dozens of property managers in the Eau Claire area and many of them do a very poor job maintaining their properties. Woodsedge Apartments is not one of them - they do an amazing job maintaining the property. They are responsive, empathetic, understanding, and they actually care about their tenants. Many of my service requests or questions were dealt with in less than 24 hours and each time the problems were actually solved. When considering whether or not to rent from a place, this is a huge deal! There are many other benefits to renting from Woodsedge, including onsite programs for kids and families; allowing pets (dogs & cats); a playground, swing set, and basketball court; and a great set of neighbors. Look no further, you've found your home! =)
